Wild Expectations

Today I met up with my friend, Mr Honma for a day of birding at Fukushimagata, Niigata. I've just uploaded what is a pretty normal fine day's birding there, this time of the year.

Hey Russell, I thought I was birding back home then with most of those species, until I got to the White-tailed Eagle and the landscape shots. Amazing how we share so amny species.

I couldn't help but missing the 2 Bean Geese that spent the last winter here in Beppu after going through the photos in this post. Really nice scenery shots, especially the ones with snow cap mountains in the background. I love wintry landscape!
